There’s a version of summer that doesn’t leave you burnt out — one where softness, slowness, and stillness are part of the plan.
It’s choosing ease over urgency.
It’s learning to move through life without overworking your body, your nervous system, or your energy.
This season isn’t about being aesthetic or perfectly put together.
It’s about being present — with yourself, your rhythms, and your real needs.
It’s about slowing down enough to actually hear your body, and respecting what it’s asking for.
Soft Girl Summer is about:
• Tapping into your femininity without feeling like you have to perform it.
• Making rest part of your lifestyle, not something you “earn.”
• Getting real about what your body needs — and actually showing up for those needs.
• Slowing down enough to remember what joy even feels like.
For the Full-Time Girlies: This Is Still for You
Soft Girl Summer doesn’t require quitting your job, living by the beach, or doing sunrise yoga on a Tuesday (unless that’s your thing). It’s just as accessible to the women working 40+ hours a week, managing households, or running businesses.
Start with slow mornings — even if they’re short.
You don’t have to force a full routine. A few minutes to stretch, pray, or mentally organize your day can change everything. Even if you’re out the door by 7am, softness can still be there.
And that pressure to work out before sunrise?
If that doesn’t fit your life, let it go. Movement is movement.
It counts when you’re salsa dancing in your kitchen.
It counts when you do Pilates with Izzy on YouTube after work.
It counts when you take a hot walk or run in the park, or go on a bike ride with your kids.
And if you’re a gym girly? Go after work if that’s what feels good.
What matters is listening to your body and choosing movement that feels nourishing — not punishing.

Softness Isn’t Just Physical — It’s Mental, Too
A true Soft Girl Summer honors mental and emotional rest just as much as physical.
That looks like:
• Journaling out your anxious thoughts instead of bottling them.
• Setting boundaries without guilt.
• Giving yourself permission to say, “I’m not available for that energy right now.”
• Meditating or sipping your tea without multitasking.
• Choosing environments and people that feel like safety — not performance.
Softness is making space for all versions of you to be seen and heard.
The Soft Girl Duality: Fun + Recharging
Yes, we’re brunching. We’re laughing at the beach. We’re taking spontaneous day trips and showing up for the people who pour back into us.
But we’re also knowing when to go home.
The real Soft Girl knows how to return to stillness. She knows the difference between a fun night and an overstimulating one. She lets herself recharge fully — in her room, on her balcony, or with her phone on Do Not Disturb.
Softness means balance. Joy and solitude. Dancing and disappearing. Saying yes to life, and also saying yes to silence.
Herbal Support for the Soft Girl Nervous System
You don’t have to do it all on your own.
Soft living gets easier when your body is supported — and herbs are one of the most natural, gentle ways to bring your system back into balance.
If you’re new here, I create small-batch herbal blends designed to support your nervous system, hormones, digestion, and overall ease.
🌿 Goddess Wellness is a blend I formulated to help with hormonal balance, emotional steadiness, and that “off” feeling we sometimes carry during busy or stressful seasons. Think of it as a grounding ritual in a cup.
🌿 Digestion Relief is for your gut — and your glow. It’s a soothing blend that helps with bloating, heaviness, and that sluggish feeling after meals, so your body can feel light and clear as you move through the day.
This Summer, Rest Is the Real Glow-Up
You don’t have to do more to be more.
You don’t have to push to be powerful.
You don’t have to keep running just to prove you deserve to stop.
Soft Girl Summer is about reclaiming peace — with boundaries, herbs, movement, and intention.
It’s choosing to stop performing and start caring.
It’s remembering that your softness… is your strength.
And it’s not seasonal — it’s sustainable.
